Wallet: An electronic financial account, and you acknowledge that it is not a bank account, but rather it is used to benefit from services and products in accordance with this agreement. 6. Services and products: These are services for filling fuel for vehicles and benefiting from other services available through the affiliated entities described in the application. 7. Affiliate entity or service provider: means a third party, or any entity owned by us or subject to our sole control, or any entity subject to our joint control with others. 8. Balance: means the amount that appears in the application or control panels to indicate the total amounts transferred to your wallet account, and it is the balance of the amounts that you can use from your wallet account in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. 9. Business day: means any day of the week except Friday, Saturday, or official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 10. Account: This is the data registered in the application or control panels to subscribe and obtain services and products. 11. “Service interruption time” means the service is interrupted for a technical reason specific to the company or a general reason that has nothing to do with us. 12. Policies: means all applicable policies, notices, procedures, specifications, FAQs and instructions provided or made available to you that appear on the applications and control panels or are referred to in this Agreement. 13. Riyal: means the Saudi riyal. 14. Cashback: These are amounts transferred to your wallet balance based on your obtaining points for purchases through the application. 15. Eligibility: You may not use the Services and the Wallet, nor accept this Agreement in the following cases: If you do not have the legal capacity necessary to contract with us and to operate the Wallet Services; Or if you are prohibited from using the wallet services under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. |

In the event that an error occurs in the execution of any transaction, you authorize us to open credit or debit entries to correct that error, provided that the errors are corrected in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. 6. You are responsible for disclosing all taxes and fees, and you are also responsible for reporting taxes to the competent tax authorities. Neither we nor our affiliated entities have any obligation to determine whether taxes apply. 7. If sums of money remain in your wallet account after terminating this agreement, the company will, upon request, refund the full amount of electronic funds remaining. You may request to receive your money in cash by transferring it to your bank account (in which case you must provide us with your bank account information). We will refund those funds to you within one month of receiving the transfer request. |
• Fees and commissions 1. If fees apply, you must pay a non-refundable fee and any commissions for additional services based on the fees displayed through the application. These fees and commissions are deducted directly from your wallet account. 2. We reserve the right to amend commissions, fees or any other term of this Agreement from time to time at our discretion. Any changes or amendments will become effective and binding on you from the date we notify you of those amendments through the application and control panels. 3. Whenever you do not wish to accept the amendments or changes in commissions and/or fees that we have notified you of, you may terminate the agreement and perform financial liquidation in accordance with the laws and regulations. |
• Cashback 1. We may, from time to time, at our absolute discretion, announce cash back programs (each a “Points Program, Scope or Credit”) for certain transactions made through your account. We may, at our absolute discretion, not activate cash back on transactions for selected categories of Affiliated entities or some services. 2. The conditions set forth in this clause (Cash Back) automatically apply to these programs in addition to the program features that we may announce from time to time. 3. Cashback is automatically calculated in the amount or rate we specify, and the cashback is provided by us without affecting any offers made by service providers. 4. According to the currently applied program, and upon completion of any purchasing transaction, we will pay you for the cash back earned from the transactions by adding points to your account for every amount of (10) ten riyals spent through the application, and you can keep the points in your account without requesting a refund. Unless (120) one hundred and twenty days have passed from the date of the last purchase, and when the value of the money for the points is redeemed, it will be added to the current balance in your wallet account, and you can benefit from the added amount within (30) thirty days from the date of completing the relevant redemption, provided Your wallet account must be valid and active. 5. The exchange for cash back for the earned points is determined by the company based on the customer’s scope, which are four main scopes (Plus - Silver - Gold - Diamond) 6. The cash back fee is non-refundable in the event that the account is cancelled or the above validity period passes. You do not have the right to request a cash receipt, but you can use it as a balance in your wallet during the validity period. 7. Cashback may not be transferred to any other person or entity or in any other manner. Cashback is an entitlement paid at our absolute discretion; It is not a credit that can be transferred to any other person or entity. Cashback may not be exchanged for other rewards, redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred under any circumstances. 8. We may amend the terms set out in this clause (Cashback) or cancel your earning of Cashback at any time. |
• Disputed operations: 1.
